Great service! A new phone was delivered from another store in the time it took Rogers to finally let me go! Ha.They did an excellent job of handling a complex service change...while still training 2 new fantastic service reps. Koodos...pun intended...to the whole team!

Can I give negative stars? This company has lost my respect and cost me money, more importantly, my precious time. Hands down, the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE. I can only hope karma will force the company closure. I was lied to, over and over and over. Strung along for a full month of paying while not having service and am now stuck with a modem that I’ll be converting to target practice as I have been told they can’t get me service at my new apartment (even though for a month they kept saying they were working it!) save your time, money, sanity.

Bell is the worst cell phone company to use. I ordered a new phone off the app, and had it shipped to my Moms cause I was away. They created a Bell account using my Moms personal information without her permission. When contacting customer support they hung up on me 4 times. They have refused to remove my Mom from the account they illegally made. NEVER USE BELL WORST CELL PHONE COMPANY AROUND

Really amazed with the way Aryan helped my father and I today. He was helpful, patient and went out of his way to provide us with excellent service. Ils/Elles y vont avec mes besoins et mes choix, tout en prenant le temps de m'expliquer les pour et les contres dans mes choix d'appareils ou de forfait.

Brought my phone in because it wasn’t charging. Manager said I needed a new phone, I was just above to get my new phone when Ben took a closer look at it and saw that dirt was covering my charging port connections. He cleaned it out and it charged no problem. This guy is knowledgeable and a life saver. Would always reccommend you talk to him
