I must commend the staff at advanced tech. My installer was Caleb, and he was very professional and super easy to get along with. We had problems getting the LTE service to connect because of Xplornet tower issues. Caleb walked me through all my options, as well as keeping the phone line open to his higher ups for a solution to our unique issue. Ellen, the secretary was able to do some of her magic and get Xplornet to pull through for us. Overall, the install went off perfectly. I can't recommend the team enough.

I had some trouble with my alarm at the house. Advance Tech took a few visits to figure out what was going on which was frustrating. They got it fixed after a few tries and were very accommodating on the charges after all the work was done. They treated me very well and have resolved our issue.I would recommend there service to anyone. Thanks Brent for your help!
